What is Chat with a Sleep Coach?

Chat with a sleep coach is a new Premium feature in the SleepScore app. A Certified Sleep Coach will communicate with you via a text chat experience in the app, allowing for a real-time conversation to start discussing your sleep needs and challenges. You can try the Chat with a Sleep Coach feature today for credible advice, friendly encouragement, and ongoing support on your journey to better sleep.

How much does Chat with a Sleep Coach Cost?

As an introductory offer, Chat with a sleep coach is currently included at no extra cost for all SleepScore Premium users. Free users can try a 7-day trial of a Premium membership to experience the chat feature.

How can I access Chat with a Coach?

You can get started by opening the SleepScore app, tapping the Solutions tab, then selecting Chat with a coach. Free users will be prompted to try a free 7-day Premium trial, and from there, you’ll have access to start chatting right away. From there, you’ll see Chat with a Sleep Coach as an option on the left-hand navigation.
