With just one tap, you’re on your way to better understanding how you sleep, and what you can do to improve it. You can also tweak settings for a personalized experience.

 

3. Personalize Your Sleep Coaching

On the daily reflection screen, you’ll log daytime activities by sliding across the bars. This helps us understand your lifestyle and tailor the sleep coaching experience specifically to you. Every detail you log contributes to the personalized insights you receive, ensuring that the advice you get is uniquely suited to your needs.
